Senior High 8th Grade Initiation (4:30 pm)

Sr. High Host 8th Grade Initiation – Sat., May 1st

Senior High Youth Mentors will be hosting the initiation and

invitation of the 8th graders into the Senior High Group on

Saturday, May 1st from 4:30 to 10:30 a.m. We will do a

Photo Scavanger Hunt. Teams will compete to see who gets

the most pictures in the shortest time. Food will be served

around the bonfire at the end of the evening. Plan on coming

to enjoy a lot of fun together.

Saturday Men’s Bible Breakfast

On every other Saturday morning, men gather for

a Bible breakfast @ 7:30 a.m. for fellowship

around coffee and donuts to study topics of the

Bible that are relevant to men. Currently, we are

studying the Bible study guide, “Redeeming

Failure.” Leadership of topics and studies is

shared among several of the guys. Join our group

to fellowship with Christian guys hungry to go

deeper in their walk with Jesus and to assist each

other to live out their life in Christ.

With the elimination of the Director of Youth and Young Families position with Eric’s departure, the Administrative, Elders, and Vision Board are proposing that the congregation initiate the appointment of three stipend volunteer position for Young Families Ministry, Youth Families Ministry, and Young Adult ministry to work with pastor over the next 1 ½ to 2 years to help carry on with our ministry needs. These position will be presented and dis-cussion will be conducted at an Open Fo-rum on Sunday, May 23rd from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Everyone is welcome to come and participate in the discussion.
