L.I.F.E. (9:15 am - 11:15 am)
L.I.F.E. Tuesday Morning Ladies
Bible Study on Esther
L.I.F.E. (Ladies in Fellowship Encounters) is a large group
teaching, small group discussion Bible study experience.
It is held, weekly, on Tuesday mornings from 9:15 until
11:15 a.m. Pastor Tim will begin a new study on the book
of Esther, entitled “A Woman of Strength and Dignity.” This
is a study of an Old Testament woman of faith whom God
used in powerful and significant ways in His saving plan.
We invite women of all ages. If you have need of
childcare, please contact the church office so that it can
be arranged. In case of inclement weather, classes will
not be held on mornings when Westfield schools are
either on a 2 hour delay or are closed. Invite a friend or
neighbor to join us.

LOCKED-IN???
On Friday, February 5th all Middle School Youth are invited to come spend the night at Lord of Life and enjoy food, fun and fellowship. Arrive at 8p.m. Bring karaoke CD’s, bedding, and $5 for food. Parents need to pick up their kids at 8a.m on Saturday. Friends are encouraged to come!!

Men's Bible Study (7:30 am - 9:00 am)
Saturday Men’s Bible Breakfast meets
Feb 13 and 27
On every other Saturday morning, men gather for
a Bible breakfast @ 7:30 a.m. for fellowship
around coffee and donuts to study topics of the
Bible that are relevant to men. Currently, we are
studying the Bible study guide, “Becoming More
Like Jesus.” Leadership of topics and studies is
shared among several of the guys. Join our group
to fellowship with Christian guys hungry to go
deeper in their walk with Jesus and to assist each
other to live out their life in Christ.

Sr. High - Laser Tag (5:00 pm)
The Senior High youth group will be going to X-Site in
Castleton to play laser tag on Saturday, February 20th. We will
meet at church at 5 p.m. for a pizza dinner and short devotion.
Following, we will go to X-site. The cost of the event will be
$19/person. This price includes a pizza
dinner and 2 games of laser tag. We
should arrive back at church at approximately
9 p.m. Please join us for
an evening of food, fellowship, and
fun. If you are interested in attending,
please contact Colby Hale so that appropriate
food and driver arrangements can be
made for the evening.

Alishe Dobberstein leads a women’s Bible study on
Sunday evenings from 6:30 to 8 p.m. It is taking a
break and reconvening on Sunday, Feb. 21st. They
are using a resource on prayer, “How to Rebuild Yourby Chip Ingram and meet in 5th and 6th

Lenten Service (7:15 pm - 8:15 pm)
Lenten Worship Services Begin on Wed., Feb. 17th
Lenten worship services
7:15 p.m.

the story of Jesus’ suffering and death and its connection to
each of the petitions of the Lord’s Prayer. The theme of this year’s
Lenten season is: Teach Us to Pray. Worship services will follow immediately
after the Family Night/small group activities conclude at 7:10.
Worship will be devotional in nature and will last approximately ½ hour.
We will sing familiar Lenten songs and hymns.

Blood Drive (9:00 am - 1:00 pm)
Mark your calendars for our quarterly blood drive!
It’s that time again…time to roll up that sleeve and possibly save a life by just donating a
pint of blood. The blood mobile will be back on February 28
th from 9:00 – 1:00 in the Lord
of Life parking lot. Please mark your calendars and sign up for a time slot on the Parish
Health board in the fellowship area. If it is more convenient for you to sign up online, you
can go to
www.donorpoint.org and sign up under Lord of Life’s Blood Drive. Remember,
this site will also allow you to review past donations and keep track of your blood
pressure, cholesterol, etc. I will be monitoring the online sign up sheet on a regular basis
and keep all appointments up to date with what we have on our sheet at church.
